Lauren Revels

I’m Lauren, and my love for hair goes way back. I was that kid styling every Barbie doll I owned and jumping at the chance to do hair for anyone in my family who had somewhere special to be.

I’m a Clayton girl, born and raised, and I recently graduated from Wilson Community College’s cosmetology program. I’m so proud of that accomplishment, and now I’m getting to grow as a stylist through the associates program here at Menagerie Style House.

One of my favorite memories from school was a guest who came to see me every Tuesday for a roller set. We’d talk about her family, she’d share her recipes with me, and it turned into something really special. That’s what this work is about for me. I want every guest who sits in my chair to feel seen, heard, and completely comfortable. Trust, communication, and empathy are everything.

I love all things blonding, a good bob haircut, grey coverage, and a beautiful blowout. Getting you exactly what you want starts with a real conversation about your hair type, your lifestyle, how much maintenance you actually want to do, and where you want to go long-term. I want you to leave happy and stay happy.

Something I’ve learned early on is that communication changes everything, and confidence is key. Both mine and yours. When your hair feels right, it really does change how you carry yourself.

Outside the salon, you can find me creating art, shopping, at the beach with my family, or listening to country music over a big plate of Italian food. My mom has been my biggest supporter through this whole journey, and I wouldn’t be here without her.
