What to expect

2024 POLICIES:

Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes to the service scheduled. If you cancel your reservation with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled services. Same day cancellations (which are considered 4 hours or less from the reservation time) will be charged 100% the cost of the services scheduled.

No Show Policy

If you do not cancel or show up for your scheduled reservation, you will be considered a "No Show" and will be charged the full price of the scheduled service(s).

Lateness

Here at Menagerie Style House we have a 15 minute lateness policy . If you are running late please let us know. Should you arrive beyond 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your reservation, and you will be charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled service(s). Menagerie Style House is an hourly based salon, and should you arrive late for your reservation, you will be charged from the time your reservation was originally scheduled to start.

Children/Animal Policy

To provide the best service and safety for our valued guests, children under 10 and non-service animals are not allowed to accompany guests to their reservation under any circumstances.

We are able to book services for minors ABOVE 10 years of age, however these services will book for the same amount of time and pricing as our normal services. Guardians must remain present for the entirety of the reservation should any issues arise.

Credit Card Required

Please be aware that any credit or debit cards used to secure a booking online or over the phone, will be stored on file and will be used as the payment method in the case of late cancellation or no-show fees.

Redo Policy

The Menagerie Team strives to make each guest in the salon feel their best. If you aren’t feeling absolutely thrilled with your final look, we would love the opportunity to address any concerns or questions you may have. Please let us know within 1 week (7 days) of your initial reservation if you are unsatisfied. You will be rescheduled with your initial hair professional. In the event your professional is not available, an exception will be made, and you may be scheduled with an alternate professional. Adjustments to your initial services will complimentary during this 7 day period. The redo policy does not cover a change in the style or color initially requested. Any modifications requested outside of the 7 day window may be subject to a charge.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds of any kind.
