Chloe Sullivan

Level 2 Stylist

Hey there!

Hey there, I’m Chloe Sullivan, and my brand of hairstyling is a perfect blend of creativity and chemistry that I cannot get enough of.

Although I’m not originally from North Carolina, I made the move here from New Hampshire in February 2023. I’ve been crafting beautiful hair for a little over 5 and a half years, and my journey began at Empire Beauty School in Hooksett, NH.

When it comes to my favorite services, I’m all about those ravishing reds - from natural gingers to coppers and wine reds, you name it! I also have a knack for dimensional brunettes, enhancing my guests’ complexions and features with colors that truly complement them.

I am committed to ensuring that the colors I use flatter my guest’s complexion and undertones. I’ve been in their shoes, and there’s nothing quite like discovering the colors that make you feel confident and look your best! One of the standout moments in my career was tackling my first “corrective color” job. I’d just graduated from hair school a week prior, and the challenge was nerve-wracking, but I ended up loving every moment of it.

My guests constantly inspire me to stay updated in the ever-evolving world of hair fashion. They’re always eager to try new things, and that keeps my creative juices flowing. One of the things I enjoy most is getting past the small talk with my guests. As an Aquarius, deep conversations are my jam!

When I face a complex hair challenge, I turn to my trusty color theory knowledge to achieve the desired result for my guests. One invaluable lesson I’ve learned along the way is that you can never “over explain” when it comes to hair - guests want to be informed!

Hair care, in my opinion, plays a pivotal role in a person’s confidence and self-expression. Your hair is often the first thing you see in the mirror, so loving it and knowing how to style it are essential. I absolutely swear by Aveda’s color control leave-in treatment for my redheads. Its UV protection is a game-changer in making color last. Customizing my services is all about meeting the unique needs and preferences of each client. I start with a detailed consultation to understand their desires and ensure they have the right products for maintenance.

When i’m not painting hair, my other passions include cooking and exploring the diverse cuisines of different cultures, hitting up farmers’ markets, and traveling to new places. I’m a Halloween enthusiast and have a thing for paranormal investigations. I’m also into working out and reading thrilling novels. Fun fact: Before I ventured into hairstyling, I earned a degree in history. For my senior thesis, I delved into the history and development of Mexican cuisine and how it mirrors the country’s growth and cultural changes.

One of my personal milestones that has positively influenced me was being a booth renter during the pandemic. It was challenging, but it helped me become resilient and confident as a hairstylist and business owner.

If you’re ready to talk hair care science I cannot wait to meet you. Let's swap spooky stories over a PSL!
