How do I make a reservation for a service?
The easiest way to make a reservation at Menagerie Style House is to use our online booking feature. We’d also love to hear from you if you have any booking questions. Please feel free to call us during business hours at (919)-803-7144. Can’t wait to chat with you!
What service should I schedule?
If you need help deciding which service is best for you, please book a consultation with one of our hair professionals. You can also fill out our online consulation. We love to help guide our guests through choosing the best service for their #HairGoals!
What is your cancellation policy?
Out of respect for our stylists and other guests’ time, we have the following cancellation policy in place:
Menagerie requires a credit accordion on file to reserve an appointment. For the benefit and respect of all our clients and professionals, booking reservations are subject to our cancellation policy. If you are going to be late or reschedule, we require a 48 hour notice. If less than 48 hour notice is given, you will be charged 50% of the total service amount. If you do not cancel your reservation, or do not show up for your scheduled reservation, you will be charged the full price of the scheduled service(s). Please be aware if you are more than 15 minutes late for a reservation, we may not be able to accommodate reserved services and the cancellation fee will be applied.
How can I leave a tip/gratuity?
Tips are sincerely appreciated. We are able to accept cash, Venmo, or you can leave charge gratuity to your card when paying for your services.
Which stylist is best for me?
We have a wide variety of stylists with varying specialties and skill sets. They are all trained to the Menagerie high standard, but depending on what service(s) you are looking for, you may be better matched with one in particular. We invite you to check out our Meet the Team page and view our stylists’ individual specialties such as curly hair, fashion colors, and blondes.
Do you offer gift cards?
Absolutely! Gift cards can be purchased online or at our front desk.
Can children come with me to my reservation?
Due to safety and liability reasons, children under 10 years of age are not allowed to accompany guests to reservations. This decision also ensures our guests have a relaxed experience.
Do you offer cuts for children?
Menagerie bases the price of a haircut on the amount of time it takes. Therefore, we do not offer special pricing for children’s haircuts. We do not accept reservation for children under the age of 10. Thank you for your understanding of this policy.
What is included in my service?
All of our services include an in depth consultation, signature hand + scalp massage, aromatherapy hot towel, and styled blow dry.
With all highlighting services, a conditioning treatment and gloss (often called toner), is included. We believe in all-inclusive pricing so you leave feeling and looking your best, and you know what to expect when it comes to your beauty budget!
