I draw inspiration from the book “Unreasonable Hospitality,” a philosophy that has become a cornerstone of our Menagerie culture, where going the extra mile for our guests is the name of the game. I also turn to fellow brand managers and industry leaders on social media. Their insights guide me in crafting both trendsetting and enduring brand elements. The local community is close to my heart. Supporting fellow local businesses is a must, and I’m all about sharing those gems with everyone I meet.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s the power of organization and systems. They’re my go-to tools, ensuring both professional success and a smoothly running personal life.Balancing work and play is my secret sauce. A life lesson I hold dear is the importance of constant evolution and a positive mindset. This philosophy shapes my approach within the salon and beyond. I’m a firm believer in the power of lists to keep me grounded during work hours so I can fully enjoy the company of my amazing husband and fur-babies when I'm at home!

My travel dreams whisk me away to Greece and Italy, where culture, scenery, and, most importantly, food, reign supreme. Both of these places are on the top of my list! Weekends are all about adventures - from antiquing with my wonderful husband to diving into DIY home projects. If I’m not exploring, I’m likely enjoying live music, trying out new restaurants, or simply hanging with my pups. And just to keep you guessing, my playlist is a musical journey in itself. From Post Malone to Tyler Childers, my love for concerts knows no bounds.
